· Development update

Hey everyone!

The latest DAWG builds are now available for macOS and Linux, alongside Windows and Android!

Since the last update, I've been working on how DAWG feels while you're making music: generating patterns, switching scenes, changing the tempo and shaping the sound while a loop is playing.

Auto Pattern has had another round of improvements, including more offbeat choices across genres and better Reggae chords. There have also been fixes to playback timing, scene launches, tempo changes and mixer controls.

On the sound side, I've refined the Hall, Room, Plate and Wash reverbs and added adjustable reverb predelay. Vocal development is progressing too, with more refinements to the voice model. There's still more to do there.

You'll also notice a refreshed animated intro, new interface sounds, a new playhead with a smoke trail, and more room for the grid on smaller screens. Tabs now switch on the first click, and I've cleaned up the mixer layout, settings panel and language picker.

Jam Mode received reconnect and network-message fixes, along with smaller session and recording fixes.

If you've been waiting for an updated Mac or Linux build, give it a try! Let me know how it runs on your setup, and share a loop if you make something you like.

Thanks for following DAWG and helping me improve it!
